I摘 要随着制造业数字化转型进程,企业竞争日益激烈,生产岗员工作为企业生产的核心力量,其人力资源效能对企业的生产效率、经营效益、核心竞争力都具有显著影响。本文以伟创公司生产岗为主题,结合目标管理理论、人岗匹配理论和激励理论,运用文献研究、问卷调查和访谈等方法分析伟创公司生产岗人力资源效能在人岗匹配、培训、绩效、员工关系等方面的现状,发现伟创公司生产岗在人员配置、培训体系、绩效指标、员工关系管理上存在不足,且员工存在明确的数字化转型培训需求。针对这些问题,本文从人员配置、培训体系、绩效指标、员工关系四方面提出数字化导向下的优化方案,为伟创公司和类似制造企业生产岗提升提出可行性建议。关键词:人力资源效能;数字化转型;生产岗位;人岗匹配;绩效激励IIABSTRACTWith increasing digitization of manufacturing and market competition, production workers are the number of workers in a manufacturing and industry. High human resource efficiency affects production efficiency, performance, and competitiveness. We study Weichuang Company production positions in terms of objectives theory, human-job fit theory, and incentive theory.
