1生猪养殖废水处理工艺初步设计学生姓名:杨鸿佳( A 资源与环境学院,昆明 650201)摘 要近年来,我国规模化、集约化畜禽养殖业发展突飞猛进,规模不断扩大,在农业产值中的比重日益增长。与此同时,畜禽养殖产生的废水对环境的压力也急剧增加,特别是养殖场产生的废水所造成的水污染问题,需要引起高度重视。 本设计为存栏 10000 头猪的养殖场废水处理工艺设计,设计中养殖场最大废水日流量为705m3。针对生猪养殖所产生的废水中有机物负荷、氨氮浓度以及悬浮颗粒(SS)过高的问题,整合了一套具备可靠技术、废水处理效果显著且经济适用的组合工艺——“预处理—UASB—CASS—消毒”工艺。并进行了生猪养殖废水处理主要构筑物的设计计算、设备选型以及投资预算,使处理后的废水达到《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB18596-2001)再进行排放。在本次设计中,还将使用 CAD 绘制出方案中的具体工艺设备。关键词:高浓度有机废水;工艺设计;UASB 工艺;CASS 工艺;达标排放Pig Farming Wastewater Treatment Process Preliminary DesignYanghongjia(College of Resources and Environment, Yunnan Agricultural University, Kunming, 2650201)ABSTRACTIn recent years, China's large-scale, intensive livestock and poultry farming has been developing rapidly and expanding in scale, expanding in scale, and the proportion of output value in agriculture is also growing.
