I摘 要针对生猪养殖规模化、标准化发展过程中,传统人工养殖存在劳动强度大、环境调控精度低、饲喂管理不规范等问题,本文设计一套基于 PLC 的生猪养殖控制系统。系统以西门子 S7-1200 PLC 为控制核心,搭配温湿度、液位、压力等传感器与触摸屏人机界面,采用模块化设计思路,完成硬件选型、电路设计、程序编写与组态调试。系统可实现猪舍温湿度实时监测与自动通风、智能定量饲喂、自动饮水、定时推粪清洗、异常声光报警及故障自检等核心功能,通过 PID 算法与逻辑控制实现环境参数精准调节,适配生猪不同生长阶段的养殖需求。测试结果表明,该系统运行稳定、操作简便、抗干扰性强,能有效提升养殖自动化与精细化水平,降低人工成本,为中小型生猪养殖场提供经济实用的智能化控制解决方案。关键词:生猪养殖;PLC 控制;智能化系统;自动化管理;环境优化IIABSTRACTAiming at the pain points of traditional manual pig breeding in the process of large-scale and standardized transformation, such as high labor intensity, inaccurate environmental control, and extensive feeding and manure cleaning management, this paper designs a PLC-based control system for pig breeding.
