AbstractWith the rapid development of modern animal husbandry, traditional pigfarming relies too much on manual labor, which is not only inefficient, but alsodifficult to ensure the stability of the breeding environment and animal welfare.To address these issues, this design has developed a pig feeding monitoringsystem based on the STM32 microcontroller.This design uses the STM32 microcontroller as the core component fordevelopment, and the infrared proximity sensor is used to detect the approach ofanimals to trigger the feeding program. The DS1302 clock module is responsiblefor timing control to ensure the regularity of feeding. Using weighing sensors toaccurately measure the amount of food, ensuring that each pig can receive anappropriate amount of feed. Use a stepper motor to control the opening andclosing of the feeding valve, achieving precise feeding.
